Orders placed during Season 3 are currently delayed. Rest assured your order will still arrive, however, if you have any questions, please reach out to our team on Discord.


  • Can I edit my order after it was placed?

    Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes or adjustments to any items within the order. Additionally, we are unable to edit the shipping address provided on the order.

    Please make sure you double check your order before you place it to avoid any issues.
  • Can I cancel my order after it was placed?

    All sales are final! We will not provide refunds for any orders placed.

  • What payment methods can I use?

    The current payment methods that are accepted on our website are:

    • Credit/Debit (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club)
    • PayPal Express Checkout

Returns and Exchanges

  • How do I process a return or exchange?

    All sales are final! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders. Additionally, we will not offer refunds for any orders. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us here to see if you are eligible for a return (only damaged items or incorrect items).

  • What can I do if I received the wrong order?

    If you received your order with incorrect or damaged items, please hold onto the original packaging and repack the incorrect items. Additionally, please get in touch with us here so that we can resolve the issue.


  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Please allow at least two to four weeks for your order to be shipped from our facility. Once your order has shipped, it should arrive within the expected timeframe according to the shipping option you selected.

  • Where do you ship to and from?

    All orders are shipped from our partner facility in Los Angeles, California. We are able to ship orders worldwide.

  • What shipping options are offered?

    Our current shipping offerings are provided through USPS (Domestic and International) and DHL (International). These options can be viewed at checkout. Please select the shipping option that best suits your needs.

    We are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific date.

    If you qualify for free shipping, please select the "Free Shipping" option. Priority Mail is our only domestic shipping option and will be used to ship orders that qualify for free shipping as well. If you select Priority Mail on a domestic order over $100, you will NOT be refunded for the shipping cost.


  • Why did I only receive part of my order?

    To expedite the arrival of items in your order, we have split shipments. Rest assured that we are working hard to process the rest of your order.
